Are you looking to grow stronger, build lean muscle and shape your physique? This is a small group, women-only, 12-week program designed to help you learn the fundamentals of weight training.

 Coach JE will help you achieve new personal bests as you get leaner and more toned. This Program is for women who are keen to kickstart their strength training journey, and be rewarded with a stronger body.

  • WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE
    This Strength Training Program is perfect for you if you want to: ✓ Master the fundamentals of weight training ✓ Get a stronger, fitter body ✓ Train with discipline, dedication, and intention ✓ Gain knowledge and confidence to self-train after the program
  • WHAT TO EXPECT
    This is a comprehensive 12-week, small-group program that will help you master the fundamentals of Strength training. ​ ✓ In-person small group workout classes (6-8 pax) twice a week ✓ Tone up and get a stronger body with hypertrophy focused training ✓ Weekly check-ins with Coach JE ✓ Feel supported in a women-only community ✓ Learn the Science behind why we do what we do
  • FITNESS BACKGROUND
    You do not need to have any fitness background to join this! The program is designed to allow EVERYONE to kickstart their fitness journey and pick up strength training from ground zero. :)
  • IN-PERSON TRAINING
    Training sessions are conducted in-person with Coach JE at a fully equipped private gym. The in-person interaction allows for immediate form and technique adjustments, so you can grow strong the right way. Trainings are twice a week, on Thursday evenings and Saturday afternoons.
